My dad passed away on the 30th of November and I lost the ground beneath my feet.<\/p>\n<p>For the ones who follow me on Instagram, I wrote a little bit about my emotions there, but generally I just had to take time off, be a cave woman, and grief.<\/p>\n<p>Slowly, slowly my heart is healing. The world will never be the same again, but I know that my dad is always with me.
