Yeah, insane action by Bobby Martinez, Taj Burrows, Mick Fanning, many others … and of course hero and legend, 8 times World Champ Kelly Slater.<\/p>\n

What was the funniest is the status Kelly has, yeah, he’s like a rock star, he has body guards who\u00a0protect and guide\u00a0him to the water and back to the ‘public safe’ riders zone. The crowd of fans can be spotted like a huge tail for miles down the beach.\u00a0 Don’t ask me how I got that close to the king of surfing…<\/p>\n
