I\u2019ve been privileged keeping in the pro-business for\u00a0more than\u00a07 years now and have mutated over the years from a \u2018simple kitesurfer\u2019 into a \u2018One-Woman-Show\u2019:\u00a0 professional athlete, coach, manager, sponsor hunter, marketing & PR, webmaster, journalist, accountant, travelagent … and much more!\u00a0<\/p>\n
Almost on a daily basis I get the same \u2018Ohhhhs and Ahhhs\u2019 as well as questions when I\u2019m asked after my profession, the most common and typical reaction is \u201cMhhhmmm, professional kitesurfer … do you also work?\u201d or \u201cAwesome, the whole year travelling, you\u2019re on a life-long holiday and paid for it, yeah?\u201d<\/p>\n
I was curious and interviewed several of my North kiteboarding team-mates on that topic.
