Wavekitesurfing<\/strong> is the latest trend<\/em> in the multi-facetted sport of kitesurfing. It\u2019s growing rapidly in popularity and more and more kitesurfers exchange their freestyle board for a super cool waveboard, which guarantees a totally new feeling in the water and the ultimate thrill.<\/p>\n

Pick up any kitesurf magazine these days and you\u2019re bound to find the majority of photos being taken in waves…<\/p>\n

I\u2019ve dedicated my career since 2005 almost solely focused on waveriding.<\/strong> Personally I love the really big ones, yeah and would call myself a true \u2018Big-Wave-Freak\u2019.<\/p>\n

Though, Wavekiting can be done in so many different conditions and it’s certainly not not only for the pro\u2019s! <\/strong>Not at all, you can get into it at pretty much all levels of kitesurfing once you\u2019re passed the beginner\u2019s stage.\u00a0 A good intermediate level is certainly of advantage and if you\u2019re in addition to that a surfer, kiting in waves will come naturally rather quickly. Plus there\u2019s obviously a difference in having fun in some smaller beach- and reefbreaks versus ripping\u2019 it up or pulling off some aerials in some offshore monster-swell, right!\u00a0 As long as you stick to your skill level, wavekiting is the greatest fun there is to be had out on the water without risking your life.<\/p>\n
