The last few days have been extremely peaceful in my life, I just felt completely in touch with myself and the world…<\/p>\n
I was privileged experiencing a number of absolutely unforgettable sunsets\u00a0 –\u00a0 the big red-orange glowing ball dipping into the ocean – , had some amazing encounters with beautiful ocean creatures in the surf\u00a0 –\u00a0 a whole pod of dolphines came right up to me and enjoyed wave energy with me -, and just took the time (lots of it!) to meditate, feel inside me and read.<\/p>\n
We all should take “breathers” like that from the pressures & stresses of daily life on a much more regular basis than we do, it’s so important for our happiness and energy levels!\u00a0 To connect with our inner, the voice inside, the voice of the heart. Only our heart knows the real truth for us, it’s the only source to true happiness.<\/p>\n
