<\/a>Mhhhh, niiiiice, 2day was such a sweet day, I simply feel\u00a0 g r e a t\u00a0 \ud83d\ude42\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Despite the way-too-many hours behind the computer I still managed to get out and refill my energy tanks by a beautiful evening yoga class @ beer’s health club & dancing\u00a0studio<\/a>,\u00a0THE coolest fitness studio in DA WORLD \ud83d\ude42<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

It was quite an advanced, pretty straining 90 minutes but hey, the feeling afterwards is indescribable. One of my favourite poses is without a doubt the headstand… yes, it’s a wonderful way to flush\u00a0the head\u00a0and\u00a0I simply love looking at the world from different perspectives\u00a0 –\u00a0 literally \ud83d\ude42\u00a0\u00a0 !!<\/p>\n

At the end we ‘sang a sanskrit’\u00a0 (Sanskrit is the classical language of Indian and the liturgical language of Hinduism, Buddhism, and Jainism. It is also one of the 22 official languages of India. The name Sanskrit means “refined”, “consecrated” and “sanctified”. It has always been regarded as the ‘high’ language and used mainly for religious and scientific discourse.\u00a0 Today it is mainly used in Hindu religious rituals as a ceremonial language for hymns and mantras just like in Yoga!).<\/p>\n

The sanskrit went like this:<\/p>\n

Lokah samasta
\nSukhino bhavantu
\nOm shanti shanti shanti<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

and translates into:<\/p>\n
