‘Rookie of the Year 2003′ nomination

During the Wind & Kitesurfworldcup in Podersdorf at the Lake Neusiedl in Austria, I was awarded the ‘Rookie of the Year 2003′ for my achievements last year – my first competition season.

Each year DMG Sportsmarketing & Events Austria, organisators of the Spark7 Surfworldcup, nominate outstanding sport professionals for the annual Surf & Snowboard Awards. This year I proudly was awarded the ‘Rookie of the Year’, the newcomer award for 2003…the ‘Rookie’ was handed over by surflegend Bjoern Dunkerbeck in person … cool !!
