injured & sweet poniente …
well, no good news….I thought my knees were back to normal – after a break of 10 days and taking it easy for another 3 back on the water – mh, guess I was wrong…
when the wind changed 3 days ago from levante – the first time in 3 weeks !! – to smooth poniente (that’s the wind from the west that blows here in tarifa often, usually lighter and waaay more consistent than levante) I just couldn’t resist … totally ‘forgot’ about my still injured knee and rocked for 3 hours with my beloved rhino 10m2 … damn it, knee is huuuuge again since and I won’t compete in cabarete next week.
